Harald Wenzel holds the chair for the Sociology of North America at the Kennedy Institute. He has studied social sciences at the University of Heidelberg and at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and he has been a John F. Kennedy Fellow at Harvard University. His research areas include sociological theory, media sociology, and the sociology of religion.
