Marleen Knipping, born 1986, holds a B.A. in American Studies and Economics and is now studying for her M.A. in American Studies und Anglophone Literature and Culture at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. She is a student assistant for Prof. Dr. Bärbel Tischleder and is currently preparing her Master’s thesis on the narrative negotiation of normalcy in the contemporary American television series Dexter and Breaking Bad.
