Christine Hämmerling, M.A.
Christine Hämmerling, born 1983, studied Empirical Cultural Studies, History, and Sociology at the University of Tübingen and the University of Prague from 2003 to 2010. Her research interests include media analysis, the study of consumerism and advertising as well as European minorities and contemporary history.
During the first funding period of the Popular Seriality Research Unit (2010-2013), she was a research associate in the sub-project "Quotidian Integration and Social Positioning of Pulp Novels (Heftromane) and Television Series."
